My Story
For 14 years I was a stay at home mother of two, three if you include my husband :) and even though this was a full time job in itself, I felt it was time to get back into the work force but still be able to be there for my family. I had heard about Scentsy through my sister Diane, and I thought this sounds like something I could do and enjoy.
I became a Scentsy Consultant in August 2015. I have always loved candles and anyone that knows me knows that I always have a candle burning in my home; that is of course until I came across Scentsy!
I believe that a scent has a magical ability to transport anyone back to a specific time and place. With just one sniff, wonderful memories can come flooding back in an instant. Memories of visits to a grandparents house, freshly-cut grass, the scent of your mums perfume, holiday seasons, vacations, the woody aroma of burning logs as you make s'mores around the campfire, time spent on the beach, one whiff and suddenly you're immersed in a flurry of vivid memories that transport you back in time.
What I love about Scentsy is that it is a wickless candle system that uses a highly fragrant wax bar that is gently warmed rather than burned. I no longer have to worry about children running through the house with my candles lit as with Scentsy there is no flame, no burning wax and if by chance they happen to knock my Scentsy burner over it automatically turns off, and it does all this whilst keeping my home smelling like roses one day or the beach the next or Christmas the day after!
